Thank you Gordon.

I totally understand. I don't understand why she only focused on my 'employment ' because we mainly talked about how my disability is negatively effecting my life.

I also requested of my medical report (which will cover last two years) from my surgery. It's only because I wasn't sure if this new GP understood me or not. It's a good job I did then.
Does GP medical report includes 'summary of each appointment ' that I had?
It has been a long time I saw one. Hopefully it does explain even briefly that why I had my appointment, what's been said and my conditions etc.

I feel angry now because I waited over a week for this letter so I can send my application form but it's been a failure :(

Unfortunately a large proportion of GPs have no understanding of how the benefit system works and no inclination to find out.

I think a GP report includes your previous appointments but I have not seen one so can't be certain.

Requesting your medical records is different from the GP report as it gives you access to any letters that you GP has received from your Consultants or any other HCP that has been treating you.

That's right Gordon. GPs don't understand how DWP works.
I don't know what to expect from my medical report but I will see it veey soon.
Can I ask; will it harm if I still send this letter? I know it won't be useful but that's the only recent letter from my GP.

Many thanks in advance.

I've received my reminder PIP letter telling me the 'deadline of sending my form' again.
I still have another 6 days to send it. Can I send it just couple of days of my deadline date by recorded delivery?

And my previous question; can it harm if I send that doctor's letter anyway?

Many thanks again .

And one more question; my deadline is Thursday . Is it ok to send it on Tuesday?
İ am sorry for many questions but you are the only people are helping me greatly .

Many thanks

The form must be with the DWP by the required date or you risk your claim being closed, please remember that this is a Bank Holiday weekend, I would recommend that you use a tracked delivery such as Signed For or Special Delivery Guaranteed.

I don't think that the letter will do any harm but this is a decision that only you can make, it's your claim and only you will be affected by it's success or failure.
