Any information that supports your claim is usually of help, I would meet with one of the GP's from your Surgery to see what help they can provide, your ideal solution is that produce something which confirms the problems you will detail on the PIP2 form, second best is for them to state that those limitations are consistent with your conditions and lastly for them to list what you have been diagnosed with.
With regard to Prescription repeats, send the latest one unless your recent scripts show a change in your medication which coincides with a change in your conditions and it is important that the change is highlighted.

I had my medical with Atos for my PIP. If I get medical again after sending my form back to them; will I get assessed by Atos or Maximus?
Sorry, I am bit confused.
Thank you.

Hi S1,
PIP Assessments are carried out by either Capita or ATOS dependent on which part of the country you live in.
If ATOS carried out your PIP Assessment last time then they would do so again in the future.
ESA Work Capability Assessments are carried out by Maximus, and have been since 02/03/15 when they took over the contract from ATOS.
To be clear ATOS no longer carry out The ESA WCA, but do still carry out PIP Assessments.

Thank you bro58 for the quick reply
As I previously mentioned that my GP (the one I regularly see ) is away and don't know when she is back.
So last week , I made an appointment with my another GP and it was my first appointment with her.
We talk about my illnesses, conditions and how they are effecting my life.
I asked for a supporting letter from her and she accepted it.
Anyway, I've just received my letter today.
On the first paragraph of letter she explained my conditions and what painkillers I am on.
And on the second (final ) paragraph of letter she said exactly following;
"She tells me that her pains is very severe to the point she is unable to look after her five years old child and do simple things of daily living. She tells me that she has not been able to hold any employment. From my assessment today I can confirm that she is still veey unwell with her chronic condition and we see no state to maintain any regular employment at this time."
I am not sure about this letter. Is this a good letter for PIP? I know PIP is not about employment but her letter mentions 'employment '. So I really don't know if this is a good supporting letter or not.
When I made my first application; I had a letter from my GP (who I regularly see) and her letter was about how difficult my life was and my husband helping me etc.
I cannot get amend this letter , as I said I was this GP for the first time.
What do you think of this letter please?
Many thanks in advance.

I am afraid that I think this will be of limited value. As you point out PIP does not consider your ability to work or not, and because the letter makes no reference to any of the PIP Descriptors it will be difficult for an assessor or the DWP Decision Maker to be able to score you points based on it.
Have you considered looking at your medical records for evidence that might support your claim?
Requesting your medical records
Charging for medical records
