Hi ms,
If they inform you that they do have a problem with your ESA50, you could type all the information on to The PDF version and send them that.

Hi ms,
If you want to cover yourself, you could type all the information on to The PDF ESA50, post a copy of that to Maximus ASAP, and also post a copy to the address of The DWP Benefits Office/Centre on your most recent ESA letter FAO : The ESA Decision Maker.
You could then print off another copy, and take that along to your face to face if you have to attend one, and hand that to The Assessor before the assessment begins explaining why you are doing so !!

moonshine wrote: Hi there again. Well, I finally filled the online form of the ESA50 and I'm wondering if I have to print the whole thing off? Obviously, my personal details etc. but since my issues are mental health ones I always leave the physical part blank. Do I have to print this part off as well or is it ok to just send the parts that are relevant to my illness? I ask this so that I can save space. Many thanks
Hi ms,
I know it's a waste of ink and paper, but I would advise that you print the whole form off !
