Hi, Just a quick check, to save ink, printing and worry, would June 2015esa guide for mental

health be ok, as form landed in on Saturday. If not I will get new version if advised by you all .

Also am I legally expected to give a phone number as asked, as I can't take calls, surely they can write to me, as it says we will call and write?.

Many thanks in advance. I will crack on with old guide till I hear back. .

We always recommending the latest guide but the ESA Descriptors and Regulations have not been updated since the beginning of 2013, there were some updates to the guidance on walking distances and the application of Regulation 35 last year.

Thanks Gordon.I will use the 2015copy then and just check the regulations online to save time. Did you have any views on my telephone question, as I have decided to leave this blank an just request the letter, as I'm hoping this is acceptable. Many thanks if you can advise on this??

There's no legal requirement for you to provide a phone number and the whole process can be managed in writing, however, there are some points where it may be to your advantage for them to be able to call you if needed, so the decision is yours
