Your ESA50 would have gone back to Maximus not the DWP.

If would be very quick to have processed your re-assessment without a face to face between the 19th and the 28th, but not impossible. The only way you will know is to contact the DWP.

I've merged your latest post with your ESA topic so we can see what has been advised previously.

There's a section in the ESA Claim guides, towards the back that goes through the assessment and the questions you are likely to be asked.

I wouldn't say that they are trying to trick you but some of the questions will appear unrelated to your claim, for example; do you watch the TV? If you say yes then the assessor will assume that you have good concentration, have no problems with your sight or hearing, have good concentration and can sit for prolonged periods of time.

I can't see any reason why your answering with notes would not be acceptable if the alternative is that you cannot answer at all.

The assessor may direct questions to your carer but I would expect the vast majority of them to be asked of you.

As to the medicine, you can take a recent repeat prescription form if you have one or empty boxes, I wouldn't take any medication with you except for anything that you would normally take that day.

They should have all of your notes but you might want to take a copy for yourself so you can refer to it if needed, but if you do then explain why you are.
