Please can you remind me where on the site I can find the B and W model form/letter to your GP asking for your GP's comments on the PIP descriptors and how they relate to your disability/illness

Can I ask my doctor to use the term OPD when writing a letter of support, or will the assessors dislike and think it contrived.
(I 'm really worried unless my problems are spelt out that I won't receive the points I should - my doctor tends to use the vocab that will go against me, such as due to anxiety I CHOOSE not to go out - although he definitely does understand how bad I am)

If your GP is happy using the term in the context of the PIP activities then I can see no reason why they should not do so.
