My form is due back mid Aug, so should I ask for the first 2 week extension now over the phone , and when that's granted immediately go on to ask for the next 'only DM to allow' 2 week extension?

The information should be passed on so I would not expect you to have to speak to a DM.

You need to be receiving or entitled to receive the Severe Disability Premium, it is not enough to have a PIP award. If you do have the Premium or had it within the 30 days before you need to claim HB then you can claimHD HB. If you don't have the Premium or you have lost it more than 30 days before you claim the HB then it will only be available through UC.

When my consultant does a letter of support for a new benefit claim, he copies out the same text rom a previous benefit supporting letter. I have been reading on this site that with a PIP review the first step is for a DWP Case Manager to compare this time's evidence with last time's evidence.
It will seem odd the way my consultant copies old letters, and will seem like I have not deteriorated if his current supporting letter reads the same as 3 years ago. . It will not give his new letter much credence either.
I don't know how to deal with this, I can't really tell my consultant to write a 'fresh'letter.

It's a spelling mistake, should have been HB.
