Thank you BIS, all my contact with my consultant is done by telephone or email because I cannot get there because of my problems. So I assume it would be okay to email some points through to the clinic for him, sort of a list of bullet points of how I feel my difficulties are. I don't want to annoy him, him thinking I am bossing him! Also I just worry that my email might be seen by the DWP at some point, or if it goes to appeal would my email have to be shown?
Plus for example, specific things like being unable to touch and prepare veg, would I only get the associated points if my consultant included that in his supporting letter? Is it not enough for me just to write about that?

I can't see any reason why the details of your emails would need to be included for your appeal.
Your scoring points will be a combination of your explaining the difficulties that you have with each activity and your Consultant confirming that you would have these difficulties due to your conditions.
This may be specific; "X is unable to touch and prepare vegetables" or it may be more generic; "X has phobias associated with dirty things". Whatever they feel comfortable saying in their letter.

This form is making me really ill, I always try to make light of my problems to my consultant for fear of being sectioned, but I think he knows that! But I will not manage financially if I dont get the PIP. I cant think about what to write without feeling sick and dizzy. Should I explain this to the DWP in the hope they put me down as vulnerable. I cant go out to get help with it, and noone can come to me here because I cant cope with that, (OCD reasons) and I am making hardly any progress with the form. I cant even touch the form today. Can I phone and ask if I am already down as vulnerable? Would they put me down as vulnerable if I explained how I am.or is it not that immediate and simple? I need to know that I can have much more time, because my panic keeps making me go blank

If the lack of information from the DWP is causing you anxiety then call them and ask them for an extension and whether you are classed as vulnerable.

Hi Cruella
This is something that needs to be discussed with the DWP as they are supposed to support those flagged as vulnerable on an individual basis.
