You are able to inform the DWP that you require a reasonable adjustment due to your disabilities and or advise them of any accessibility needs which they should aim to accommodate. There is no guarantee as to whether you will receive what you ask for. However, DWP will then have to advise you why they are unable to meet your request which should be for a legitimate aim as they should have the means to accommodate a request such as this due to their size and means.

Hi Michelle,

Thanks, I hadn't thought of that. I guess it's another angle to come from should the need be. Lots to think about but it's a waiting game for now.
