Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Cheers guys,
TBH, we did`nt know what to expect given some of the horror stories encountered during research.
Disabled people are being systematically demoralized on a daily basis, its a sad state of affairs.

Hi
Received the ESA85A (medical report) today.
Advice:
I advise the client meets support group criteria as they have severe functional disability.
Prognosis:
I advise that work is unlikely in the longer term.
Justification Of Advice:
This consists of personal content, i.e. the reasons why the healthcare professional arrived at their conclusion in this particular case.
.........................................................................
As stated previously this was a whole new experience for us, we had never before been asked to justify her benefits whilst on IB from 1989 or DLA from the 90`s.
No decent / genuine person is against being put through any benefit qualification process, if it is fair?
I`m sure most of us would like to see bent politicians and bankers subjected to a similar degree of interrogation.
