hi Maga & Gordon.I will be taking quite alot of extra medical information with me .do I need to get a receipt off the receptionist for proof ?

You need to give it to the assessor not reception, it is very unlikely that you will get a receipt but there is no harm in asking.
You might want to consider sending a copy of these extra documents to the DWP, just mark them for the attention of the Decision Maker and send them to the DWP office dealing with your claim.
