Ideally yes, but it should not be a problem if it is posted within the date.

Got my appeal sent off today, letter from my doctor explaining how WRA would affect me and the deteriation it would cause in my conditions making them worse which would have an impact on my heath etc, so will just wait and see. I know I will not go to tribunal with it as I couldn't stand the stress.
Whatever the outcome I am not going to worry about it as in the end I was not found fit for work.
Many thanks for all your help and will let you know when I get to know anything.

Hi Everyone
Just another quick question, my IB converted to ESA on 24 September this year, so the 365 days will run from then? Not the 28th August that the decision letter is dated?
