Wrote a 2 page letter to them and have actually asked them to put this forward to the director, see what he thinks !! how do I word it, saying I want compensation for the stress etc. I've taken 2 days off work now , both unpaid. Absolutely fed up now

You could also complain to The DWP as they contract Capita to provide medical services for PIP :

www.gov.uk/government/publications/compe...-guide-for-dwp-staff

You could involve your M.P. as well :

Contacting your MP

You could go into detail of any stress, anxiety and inconvenience caused, and list any pecuniary loss caused by the two cancellations.

Will deffo be sending them a copy of my letter, did ring DWP because I was fed up and they go to send a letter direct to CAPITA
