I'm not entirely sure what you are asking.
National Insurance Credits are paid as part of an ESA claim.
You need National Insurance Contributions to make a claim for Contribution Based ESA.

You will only receive NI Credits in the longer term if an award for ESA is made.
If you do not meet the criteria now as your post suggests and are found Fit for Work then you may not be able to make another claim for ESA in the future.
