Hi Gordon which dept sends ths bundle of papers for appeal process,its been over three weeks now

The DWP should send you a copy of their submission to you and the Tribunal Service. If they have not done so at the end of the 28 days, then the Tribunal Service will write to them reminding them of their responsibilities to do so and setting a new deadline for the information to be sent, you will receive a copy of this letter.

from i have sent the appeal in i have received no letters of any sort,when i phoned DWP two weeks ago they confirmed that they had received the application from the appeal people but i have heard nothing ,i thought they wrote to you to say the appeal had been accepted ???

hi Gordon have just phoned the DWP and asked about my appeal they tell me there is no such time limit of 28 days and i will receive the bundle of papers when it happens and not before it quit cheeky i thought

The Tribunal Service should have confirmed that they have accepted your appeal, if they have not done this then you need to contact them about this as you will need the unique reference number that your appeal has been allocated for any correspondence.
