Gordon does this apply to people in n.ireland ,when i phoned to ask for my mandatory reconsideration letters i was told i do not need them to appeal ,and received a appeal application in post ,today i received another letter to say they where sending me an urgent copy of my letters and that i have to ask the appeals service for a form to appeal, the application form i received has 2012 on it ,to say i am confused would be an understatement
