You need to show that she meets the specific requirements of the relevant ESA Descriptors. it can help to echo the language used, but only if it is relevant to do so.
Once you have the assessment report go through it with your mom's ESA50 and the ESA Claim guides to make sure that she has met all of the elements of the relevant Descriptors, many of these have multiple requirements and she will only score points by meeting all of them.

I personally would send the MR a.s.a.p. Unless you have any new medical evidence to back up your moms condition/s. Then the DM is highly unlikely to change their opinion. You will have the opportunity to add all the information you think is appropriate in the first stage of the Appeal process.
As Gordon posted, you need to point out why your mom meets the descriptors. Make a point of using, reliably, repeatedly, safely.
I scored 15 points for Staying conscious when awake. However, the DM still removed me from the support group. That's why you need not worry about providing lengthy evidence for the MR process. Don't forget your letter has to be recieved by the DWP before the 'cut off date' .

I know at this stage writing purely that we are request a MR would be sufficient, but given the "evidence" they claim to have I doubt a reversal of the decision would be made therefore I really want to hit them with as much as possible, The original decision letteris dated 15th September so only have a few day left.
what would advise?
apologies for the long post.. but I am so stressed!
thanks

Gordon I agree with your statement! I was trying to make Tayfun aware that he/she needs to be more concerned with responding to the DWP (cut off)timeline. Than the actual problems his/her mom suffers.

Ive now written the MR and went through the desciptors to show where my mum should of got points.
Question is i have written the letter in 1st person as in from my mum, am now worried it should of been written by me on behalf of my mum. Should i quickly reword it or should i leave it?
Just worried because my mum would of never been able to write it
Thanks

Unless you are your mother's appointee then you do not have authority to act on behalf of your mother so the MR needs to come from her, ask her to read it, make any changes she wants and then sign it.
