If it is actually from the DWP then it is even more bizarre as they have no authority whatsoever to push a Paper hearing.

........and its just got even MORE Bizzare today Gordon . I have just recieved a letter from the H.M. Courts and Tribunal service, and when I opened it, I thought it was going to be a date for our earlier hearing, BUT......it was the result of a " PAPER " Tribunal, which took place last Friday, AND my Wife has been awarded Enhanced Rates for BOTH Daily Living and the Mobility Component......I am absolutely AMAZED at this, especially as we didn't ask for a " Paper " hearing.......Its BRILLIANT News I must admit, but I am probably going to be asking a LOT of questions on here soon...........First one has to be......... Will this award be back dated to when we originally put the claim in, which was last January, or when we had the first award, which according to this letter was the 18 April 2017..........However it says she is entitled to the Daily Living Component from 17/07/2017 to 03/03/2022.......and then that she is also entitled to the enhanced rate of the mobility component from 17/ 07 / 2017 to 08/ 03/ 2022.........Please could you clarify what all that means, and will be be getting a Lump Sum paid into our account, as I'm a bit shell shocked at this today..........Thank You........
