I'm just concerned about how a report from his school will be relevant to the PIP activities but if you are happy that is does then it is not a problem.

I was hoping that it would help show how much support he is needing as he obviously spends a lot of time there. They are constantly prompting him to keep him on task, to help him take on board instructions and organise time etc. I thought it might help to show how much prompting and support he needs at home to be able to do the PIP activities reliably and in a reasonable time? My brain aches!

Good afternoon,
I’ve noticed that there are quite a few errors in the assesment report but have taken on board that I need to focus on proving the correct descriptors. Do I draw their attention to these facts or are they trivial...
They have my name completely wrong.
They have the desriptions of medication wrong, ie relaxant not stimulant and adhd medication not sleep aid.
They have referred to the MSE several times as proving that my sons memory function and cognition are adequate but they did not perform any of those tests at the assesment.
I feel that the process is all very rushed, inprofessional and inacurrate. I can’t be alone!
Thank you for your advise so far, Sarah.

I'm not saying to ignore the report but deal with issues that will lead to his scoring points. So the descriptions of the medication may do so but your name being incorrect probably won't.
