Blimey !! Thank You Gordon! I will do options 1 and 3 are good for me, if he doesn't change his mind again, i see what he has to say tomorrow. I want the mobility descriptor sorted once and for all , its only fair . Atos at ESA accepted it , 3 times!
Thank you again. fingers and toes crossed.

Hi Gordon

Success !! Again!! thanks to this site!!

He rang back
Awarded 10 points Daily Living standard rate ( CAB and MR went for 17 points)
Awarded 12 points Mobility . Activity 1 Planning 4 , Activity 2 Moving 8 points!
Well chuffed as I have got my Tribunal award back in play , also the blue badge and car tax.
Back dated to 1 February so my Husbands ESA IR will be back in play , along with SDP and carers premiums .
such relief!
They awarded it for 3 years only...again...so 2 years got to go through it all again, next time I will be fully prepared for a knock back.
he was polite and fair. I could do option 3 , but I was more upset about the Moving around being lesser than the Tribunal award, and my walking is awful.
So anyone reading this, keep going. ....
No tribunal hearing either !! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Thank you Gordon and all of you on B&W .

Hi
I got my decison letter , not happy about 2 things , advice please.
1. The DM clearly said on the phone I am getting 10 points for DL. The decison letter clearly states 11 points! I would deffo gone to appeal on if I knew that!
2. I have given a set date , 2 years , 26/06/2021 , although the statement says from 01/02/2019 - 26/06/2022 ( both dates included) .
Does this mean a new claim in 23 months time?????
Can I challenge that set date ? and whats the risk?
I have gone from 0pts /0pts to 11pts/12pts in 5 years of PIP. I have a widepsread FMS and multiple issues including erosive OA in spine, neck, hands, feet, shoulders . Im 56 , in the ESA SG .
im not happy that i have to go through this all over again , and provide all this evidence and more , and there is no cure , no treatment and its getting worse.
what do you think ? TIA
