1. There is only one route to your scoring the extra point you need so scoring that one point may be as difficult as the two that you thought you might need. You still have a further right of appeal if you want to go down that route.
2. You can't challenge the 26/6/21 date, it is an administrative date and therefore not part of the Decision, you can challenge 26/6/22 date through an appeal.
