just one final question, do you recommend sending the questionaire back by recorded delivery or should it be ok sending it back in the envelope provided, thanks for all your help, i cannot express how stressful this has been for me, filling in the questionaire is like writing your auto biography,
thanks in advance

If you can afford it yes, it means that you will have proof of delivery if there are problems.

Hi Freefee

There are variations around the country, but I know of several people who have waited 6 months or more. If you don't want to contact them, and your money is still being paid, then you will just have to wait for them to get back to you.

hi,
i received a letter this morning regarding my esa application, i phoned them up and they told me i will remain in the support group for another 3 years before it is looked at again, which is a relief, just wanted to know if this decision will effect my pip, which i haven't had to re-apply for yet, will this decision for my esa make it less likely for them to try to take my pip off me, or are the 2 things totally independent?
thanks in advance

Congratulations on the continuing award, well done.

PIP and ESA have very little crossover and even where they do the criteria can still be quite different, so I would not expect this award to have any effect on a future PIP reassessment.
