Hi I suffer from Crohn's disease receiving high rate mobility and middle rate care Dla. Just had my result for PIP and scored a crappy two points. Meeting with Capita was recorded and still the HP lied ffs.
So I'm from Northern Ireland and over here when you appeal to go to tribunal your dla and esa premiums are reinstated until the tribunal date or March 2020 whichever comes first, but no money is paid while waiting on an MR result.
I was thinking of putting in a very short MR to get a quick turnaround and then go to tribunal and in the process have my money reinstated until tribunal date or March 2020 whatever comes 1st.
I don't wanna put in a big MR defence along with evidence that will slow the new DM decision and could possibly be a couple of months before a decision.
What do you think I should do? Go with a short MR letter and get quick turnaround enabling me to put in an appeal for a tribunal and get my money going again, and keep my defence and evidence for tribunal or be consistent with both MR and tribunal appeal.
