I don’t know if I have 2 points which are seperate to have reconsidered ( would I have to do it separately or together) to look at the decision of why didn’t I get the backdated payment from the time I was single? Also ask them to reconsider why have I got the payment now as my circumstances have been the same since? Would you suggest it all in one consideration or two seperate?

I would make two MRs one for the failure to award and one for the failure to backdate.

Gordon, I was looking in my old diaries and the date the dwp that I’m not entitled to esa ir from 20 Aug 2011. As my husband at the time was receiving JSA ib. He was in a temp job for 12 weeks started June 2011 finished end Aug 2011. Would that make a difference? As for those 12 weeks he wasn’t claiming then afterwards he went away for a month came back and month later moved out? I just didn’t know if this would make a difference ?

Only if he was working less than 24 hours a week but even then his income may prevent a claim.
You need to concentrate on the periods that you can show that you were separated or divorced from your husband.
