Hi there,

I have received the migration notice and am about to start my claim.

The B&W guide says that I can use a debit or credit card to verify my identity online.

This would be the best option for me from the examples given, but I don't understand how to go about doing this.

Could you please clarify how to do this?

Sorry if this is a stupid question- I'm not very techie and am panicking a lot.

Hi Mari S

You will be given instructions by the DWP when you have opened your UC account.
If you need assistance you could phone the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service. Their phone number is on page 2 of your Migration letter.
