Transferring from ESA to UC and getting stuck - help?

Thanks David. I've sent a detailed message with the context and issue, and the fact that you referred me. I'll come back when there's news.

They've replied to say they can't help - they do debt rather than benefits. They've suggested I call CAB or look on their website for the chat box.

I've waited on CAB website for the chat to become available on 11 occasions in the last week. It's never available. It doesn't feel like an accessible alternative to phone calls.

I guess this leaves me with trying to fix up a text relay phone call with CAB....
