Text msg from pip - confused

Hi all

I returned my review form last week and they received it last Wednesday. Today I've received a text msg saying 'You've asked us to look at your recent pip decision again. We will write to you once we've done this. As a guide you should hear from is within 15 weeks. You don't need to contact us unless any of the details have changed'.

The wording struck me as odd, sounds more like a msg for a MR? Or is this a normal msg you get when you return your review?
