Update: missing second 2023 £300 Cost of Living Payment

The second 2023 £300 Cost of Living Payment should have been paid between 31 October and 19 November 2023.  The DWP claim that 99% had been paid by 7 November and that all the rest would be paid by 19 November.  But, at the deadline, we are still hearing from people who have not had theirs.

Details of who is eligible are available here.

If you still haven't received your payment, you can use this online form from 20 November 2023 to report it.

Previous cost of living payments

The DWP have published an online form to report missing Cost of Living payments from earlier this year.

The form covers:

The £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment paid between 20 June 2023 and 4 July 2023 for most eligible claimants.

The  £301 paid between 25 April 2023 and 17 May 2023 for most eligible claimants.

You can use the form to report either of these payments as missing, although if you want to report both as missing you will have to complete the form twice.

You will need your national insurance number in order to complete the form.

@ellie_may burdett If you were on UC between 25th Jan and 26th Feb 23 then you are entitled to a payment but if like me you didn’t claim until March you’re not.

My uncle sadly passed away on May 5th this year. He was in receipt of State Pension/Pension Credit. The COL  eligibility dates are 25 April 2023 to 17 May 2023. Would he still be eligible for the £301 payment?
