My last incapacity benefit payment will be on the 26 Feb, if I claim JSA in the next few days, when will the payments begin..

Have a look at the following for more information on JSA including eligibility
www.gov.uk/jobseekers-allowance
Providing you are eligible it should be possible to start a claim with no interruption to payments, but you need to speak to JC+ about this.

I have now written a letter asking the DWP for all documentation about my case...
Haven't yet applied for Job seekers because so much is going around my head with different scenarios it is making me dizzy...
Firstly , could someone tell me what is classed as a low income...

There is no specific definition but for JSA, as an example, then a single adult would be £71.70 and a couple £112.55, the amount can be increased by Premiums and reduced by income, it can also be reduced or even removed by savings and a partner working more than the allowed hours.
