I don't think we can make any assumptions, either way at this time, we need to wait until more information is available.

Hi all,

See our latest B&W News Article : HERE , regarding current Incapacity Benefit, (IB) Severe Disablement Allowance (SDA) and Income Support (IS) due to incapacity for work recipients who have not yet been transferred over to ESA, and whether they would be entitled to the WRA Component Addition if placed into The WRAG after the extra WRA Component Addition is abolished for new ESA Claimants from April 2017.

Thanks for this bro58. Still getting used to the way the forum works and I am all over the place (in my head) trying to figure this all out and then, we have a budget with new info to contend with. Thanks again. This extra info will be very helpful indeed. Thanks for you time and patience :)

Please could you tell me if the savings limit has been changed from next April? I receive carers allowance and my husband receives esa sg,dla and smi.

People keep telling me the limit has dropped from 6000 to 3850. Is this correct? I thought this was only for tax credits but the more I read the budget notes, the more confused I am getting.
