Yes it's an SSCS1 that you need to send.
You should start thinking about your submission now, but wait to send anything until you have received the DWP, that way you will know all of the issues that the DWP have raised and make sure that you answer them.

I didn't find any info on this and when I asked the PIP member of staff, he said its up to us to get the form from job centre. But the job centre hadn't heard of SSCS1 form till a member of staff there googled it and printed it..

If that's what you want do, but I would not advise your doing so, the DM's SoR is itself based on the assessment report, if you do not address the issues that this raises then the Tribunal Panel may prefer the assessors view of your limitations rather than your own.

Also if then the DWP will then write so I explain points, then I write back and so on, how long does the appeal process take approximately?
