Hi, Can anyone tell me is it right the longer you wait the more likely it is you get assessment? Also do you get backpayed if your points go up . Still not heard .

Short answer is no it is not right.
Everyone will get a reassessment of some sort, some claimants will get a paper assessment others will either have a telephone or a face to face assessment.
If you applied for a change of circumstances then if you go from standard to enhanced the award should be backdated to when you reported a change of circumstances.
If you award is changed due to a review then the award will change from the date of the decision, not from when you completed the form.

Hi, 11 months still waiting for review, Recieved text in October . What the maximum time people are waiting? January they received my review

Hi, I live in Stoke on Trent . This on top of my other conditions as had a major impact on my physical and mental health. I understand other people are waiting.
My health is worse , I have sent loads of documents.
I think it’s probably gone up so that’s the delay .
No back pay due to a review . Winner for them but for me and many others mental torture,
