Hello again.

I don't know whether you can help or not Gordon. I've had a response from ATOS/IAS admitting faults in the report and offering a minimal payment but they haven't changed the decision.

I asked for a SAR from them in early September. They didn't respond and when i queried it a month later they said they needed permission to pass the request to DWP, hadn't i received the request letter?

Sent another request to include DWP who received it early October. Spoke to them today and it's been logged but no action has been taken on the request. They sent it through today but there is a delay and it's likely to take a minimum of a further 30 days.

Any thoughts on my next step?

Thanks. :)

IAS are out of the loop, they don't make a Decision only a recommendation, so unless the DWP revise the Decision, which is unlikely to happen, you have to continue with the appeal.

SARs are required to be completed within 40 calendar days if the DWP fail to comply then you can make a complaint to the Information Commissioners Office.

Morning.

Hello again, it’s been a while! I’ve had information from one of my SAR requests and I’m wondering if anyone knows the marks/grades awarded when PIP Assessors are quality checked? Despite tell8ng us there weren’t any problems with the assessor, it appears there was! Bet you all shocked by that one eh?

If anyone had the info I’d be grateful.

Thanks. xx

Aro7nd the time of OH assessment the HCP had some D3 and U’s. I’m pres7ming U is unacceptable? When observed by DWP and ATOS/IAS she had two D1 results. They also say that she is a known under reporter.

Of course in the answer to our complaint they’d ‘no problems with this HCP’.

I think D3’s must be poor results. I’ll le5 you ‘now how I get on!

Thanks for your help Gordon. xx
