Brothers PIP review

Me again.

Going through SAR info and I've found a report headed PIP - Supply Chain Partner.There are 2 sheets, the second ends with a proposed outcome table. There are then 2 further sheets headed complaint and NINO. They seem to give a brief description of each section of the report and whether the report gives appropriate information or not.

Under MSO it states. Declined informed consent. Does that mean he refused the physical examination? Cheers. xx

He was told he didn't need to do a physical exam because she could see how much pain he was in, for which he was very grateful!
When the report came there was information for a very detailed physical.
I've repeatedly told them it didn't happen.
Now she's said he didn't give consent.

Would that be assault?

For the 2nd stage complaint the consent box is ticket strangely enough! xx

Hello again.

Finally have Tribunal date for a couple of weeks. looking forward to it being resolved without the need for upper Tribunal hopefully.

Provisional date atm, i've had cancer again and I'm starting chemo soon. Hope I'm not having a feeling sick day when we go, I'm afraid my patience is zero when I'm feeling sickly.
