Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Jayjaybal
Good luck with your tribunal. Do tell the clerk when you arrive if you are feeling unwell, especially if it will have any impact on your being able to fight your case.

Thanks for the good wishes, sorry I missed the replies. xx
Tribunal went ok.
Brother was very emotional when we went in, Judge said ‘don’t worry, you don’t have to say anything, just listen to us. DWP shouldn’t have sent out the forms, nothing’s changed for the better, you obviously have a chronic illness, we’re putting the FtTribunal d3cision from 2015 back in force but extending it to 2019 which means you’ll get the forms again within a short time.’
Fair enough but why not give longer? I’ll go at it again when the forms come through.
Was in hospital with infection until Monday tea time, thought I may not get there!

Hi Jayjaybal
Glad the tribunal went okay - but not surprised you're disappointed they did not extend the date.
Come back when the forms come through and make sure you look at our guides so hopefully, you can avoid going through to appeal next time.

Write to the Clerk of the Court at the venue where you appeal was heard quoting the hearing reference number and the date and time of the hearing.
