Hi all
OK so 6 weeks on we have an appointment with Capita in 2 weeks time. I was thinking of writing a support letter on behalf of my partner, but where do I begin?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

It can be in the form of a letter, so your name and address, how you know your partner and how often you see her, I know this should be obvious but don't make assumptions about what they may understand, a description of their problems with completing the PIP activities, and lastly a statement attesting that the contents of the letter are accurate to the best of your ability and of course a signature.

Hi
Would it be advisable to take the last PIP consultation report to an assessment?

You can if you want but I would also include a covering letter explaining why it is still relevant to their conditions and limitations as they are now.

Hi all
So that's the assessment done with, everyone appeared to be really nice, but you never know.
How long is it before I can request a copy of the report?
