Help/advice needed- how best to format my reasons

Don't know if this helps Goedon but at the top of the DL54 it says "Part 3-Decision for IB(IS)Reassessment"

you cant have decision letter on 20 july when LT54 decision not made till 23 july

Just to warn you that some areas (mine included) are taking 4 months+ to do the reconsideration, so don't hold your breath waiting!
