John
Looking back over your posts I see that you were transferred from IB to ESA a while ago, the LT54 is also used, in addition to Reconsiderations, to document the transfer process.
Given the dates, it would seem likely that the LT54 that you have been sent is therefore concerned with your transfer rather than your appeal.
My best guess for "Conversion decision(no LCW disallowance)" is that this it refers to the Decision on you being converted from IB to ESA (conversion decision), you did not have Limited Capability for Work (no LCW), and therefore the Decision is that you failed the ESA assessment (disallowance).
Hope that makes sense.

Thanks Gordon
So i should be getting another LT54(DMACR)because i have appealed and therefore they'll automatically reconsider?

Yes, when the Reconsideration is completed, if they do not change the Decision, when they pass your papers to the Tribunal Service (you will get a copy automatically), there will be a second LT54 documenting that decision. Thanks Gordon

Also Gordon
If the LT54 i have in my possesion is not concerning my appeal, why did they not send it with my original Zero points letter(20th July)? It was sent after my appeal was received by them.

If the 20 July letter was your Decision letter, then they do not supply any additional information with this, the LT54 and other documents are only supplied on request. Also Gordon
