Wow - that's shocking then, but I know how you feel - it's recently happened to me. I had my money stopped until I visited the JC, even though I told them I suffer social and travel anxiety - I had no choice but to go down, because apparently they're not allowed to have the uploads anymore on the computer for security. It's getting worse all over now!
