Spoken to Royal Mail……………they’re 99% sure package has arrived but, because there are lots of individual items, they can’t GUARANTEE that it has arrived, because they’re all placed in sacks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

QUESTION…………should I phone DWP tel number and let them know today?

Like so many, my mind goes blank under stress and with anxiety.

May I suggest to others, perhaps that, because of my experience with the ROYAL MAIL’S, SPECIAL DELIVERY, GUARANTEED BY 1PM NEXT DAY and because of their explanation to me. It might, therefore, benefit others if they track their Special Delivery bang on 1pm the next day, because they too, may be able to get refunds, in the same circumstance, namely DELIVERY NOTE CONFIRMED ON TRACKING BY 1pm!

Gonna get copies of form and evidence off to DWP DM in next couple of days. Question, if I may. Can the DWP DM upon receipt of copies, make a decision independently of Maximus, on what I send and possibly bypassing any need for f2f?
