Hi All
Just a quick “fishing request” if I may, addressed to any FIBROMYALGIA SUFFERERS WHO EXPERIENCE PARASTHESIA which fluctuates.
Because of my MH probs, like many, aggravates fibro fog etc and I then tend to waffle on ESA 50. Anyone out there got any one liners that may be of help to me in being more concise please?
Many thanks.
P

The example answers in the guides are probably the best examples you can refer to.

The office have provided details of the update
The date represents the last time the guide was checked and updated and sometimes it’s much more an issue of checking than updating.
In the physical guide we removed reference to ‘pathways to work’ interviews, as in:
Work-focused (pathways to work) interviews
As this is an out-of-date term now.
There was a section on page 27 headed:
Are the new regulations lawful?
Because we figured that after 2 years we would know if they weren’t and there was no point in getting people’s hopes up.
We also made slight changes to:
Reclaiming ESA after being found capable of work
on page 86.
The changes to the mental health guide were the same.
