Another update....


I've just received a letter from the tribunal saying that my appeal has been unsuccessful .

They say they acknowledge that I am in pain and have mental health issues but the extent of the limitations are insufficient to score any points.

It also says I need write to them and ask for a statement of reasons.


I don't know what in going to do now

It's worth your asking for a copy of the SoR.

You can make a new claim for PIP immediately but you need to consider how you have explained your problems as your current explanations are clearly not working.

Yes the letter says that my next step is to request the statement of reasons.

I'm guessing that this comes with what i need to do to take it to the upper tribunal?

I just noticed that you asked about the upper tribunal.

The reason I knew I would need to go to the upper tribunal is because that's what I had to do a couple of years ago when I only scored 12 points at my assessment. This time they have given me 0 points and my conditions are worse now than they were a couple of years ago.
