Thanks, only having problems, knowing how to phrase lack of motivation to match descriptors for prompting to take nutrition, thanks. Its so hard to know what is required.

Hi there, I am appealing against a RM for taking nutrition. The decision was made very very quickly after I sent in the additional info. They received it on the 8th March and made the decision on the 9th March.(date on letter) I question weather they really took the additional info into consideration at all, or even looked at it.
Also at appeal do they only look at what I am appealing against and leave the rest of the award I have been given. I have scored 11 points for daily living. Thanks

Hi P,

I will merge this topic with you other ongoing PIP related topic for continuity !!

I gather that you mean MR, Mandatory Reconsideration !

Yes, success rates for MR's are pretty poor currently but Appeal success rates are much better :

See : This News Story

Although the Tribunal can look at the whole of your current PIP Award afresh taking into account what award they feel you should have qualified for at the time of the adverse decision that you are appealing, if they were considering reducing your current PIP award in any way, they would first have to give you a verbal warning, therefore giving you the chance to withdraw your appeal at no loss to your current award.
