My wife as decided to request a change of circumstances could you please give me the address
My wife also had a letter saying that they looked at her mental health on distress and she wasn’t going to get any more on that award. Are there looking again at this ? For everyone

The address will be written on the award letter sent to your wife, the address does vary across regions or you can phone PIP helpline on 0800 121 4433.

Hi, Can someone please advise me , had review form asking start date of illness had them years can’t remember start dates just conditions got worst I already a nervous wreck

Just guess a date if you do not know for sure but next to it put (approx), also look at your initial claim if you kept a copy or any support documents.

Hi, Recieved my review my husband said they only want new conditions I’m a nervous wreck . Do I go through everything or like my husband said just new ones .
