Hi Gordon,
The nurse from PIP IAS called me back this morning.
The call lasted 18 minutes.
I asked if this was a full telephone assessment and she said no, just a few questions for her clarification.
When will I be able to ask the DWP for a copy of the report do you think ?

You can try on Friday but it is more likely to have been received and logged by Monday of next week.

Thanks for that.
I forgot to ask do you still have to ask for the report by telephone and in writing. Is there a sample letter to ask for it ?
Also what is the report called please ?

Hi taylor
I would phone them but again follow up the request in writing. I believe waiting phone times are around 1 hour depending on the time of day you phone, 9.30 - 10.00 am seems to be the quickest time to try and contact.

You should be OK just asking for the assessment report but its official name is a PA4.
We don't have a letter just repeat what you ask fo on the phone.
