"Set Aside" means that the original Decision has been overruled and in your case, a new Decision substituted, so well done.
I'm afraid I can't see a reason why the new Decision is dated 14/12/18, this seems to correlate with when you received the PIP review form, who initiated the reassessment, you or the DWP? iIf it was you then I actually think the date is correct but if it was the DWP then I would expect it to have been when the Decision was made which I guess was My 2019.
I'm afraid you will have to wait and see what the DWP do.
It normally takes them 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal Decision, it would be worth your checking with them that have received the Decision Notice. If they have issues with the date that the Decision applies from then they have one month from the date of the Tribunal to take action.

Hi Gordon,
It was the DWP that initiated the assessment in December 2018, however when the form was posted back, there was up to date medical info within it. The date in May was when the had to do another PBR as they had messed up the 1st one.
Thanks for all your help, don’t think I could’ve went through this past year without your invaluable advice. I fear that i’m not out the woods yet.

The Effective Date of a Decision can be different from the date of the Decision letter, this is what happens when the claimant initiates the assessment, the DWP can do when they start the process this but this rarely happens and there would have to be clear evidence that you met the criteria before the assessment, the Tribunal obviously have no problem with this, hopefully the DWP will concede the point.

I really hope so Gordon, but given the fact they have dug their heels in thus far, I cannot see them giving up now, I wouldn’t be surprised if they appeal the decision.
I shall wait with baited breath, I will give them a call as you suggested to ensure they have received the tribunal decision.
Many thanks again.
