Sorry Gordon, I have posted my question to you again, thought I had not submitted it properly. I have written about my problems under mixing with people/engaging with people face to face saying that I have issues with people being near me , contamination wise.
I have written under food prep that I need another person taking over , a person I would need to trust implicitly, and this person would have to extensively understand my ocd needs

Is the MR team of DMs more senior than the usual DM s, I mean are they better trained and more experienced?
I have spoken to two DMs, who seemed to have different takes on things, for example one seemed to think the DM awarding had seen all my evidence, whilst the other DM did not think so.
Do you think all DMs are likely to understand 'social support' in the mixing with others/engaging face to face? Is the MR team of DMs more likely to understand 'social support'?

Do Claims Managers call themselves DMs over the phone to claimants sometimes. I didn't feel I was talking to someone very senior.

I asked to speak to a DM Actually, she may have said she was one of the decision making team, which I guess leaves it open
