the 4 points preparing food needing assistance says prepare OR cook, do you think they can argue that you don't score if you cannot prepare but can still cook(heat up)?

How can you get longer than a month to request an MR on mental health grounds, is difficult to get?

They could argue ready meals are an aid too!
With the 4 points assistance to prepare or cook - could they say you can't get 4 points if you can cook (heat up) even though you can't prepare? is that what the 'or' could mean do you think?

I can't say that they won't but that is not what the legally defined Descriptors say.

You can't, however, you can make a Late request after the one month with an explanation of why it is delayed.
